We guarantee we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act with regards to faulty or defective products. We will exchange or refund purchased items within 14 days of purchase or up until the end of the third week of the trimester (whichever is the latest date) so long as items are in mint condition. The exception to this is if an item is shrink wrapped it cannot be returned if the shrink wrap has been removed. Proof of purchase is required in all cases.
Non-returnable items include: calculators (unless faulty), gift vouchers, sale products, special orders and E-book access codes.
Parcels within New Zealand are sent with NZCourier (P.O Box addresses through NZPost). In most cases, orders placed online will be delivered in the 1-2 business days but this is subject to availability and address. Our New Zealand charges depend on location.
We also offer international courier. Price is calculated at checkout. Please be aware that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic there are major delays for international deliveries.
