Student notes informationUniversity Student Notes, also known as course materials, are distributed by vicbooks and sold from the ground floor of the Student Union Building at the Kelburn campus and from our Pipitea campus shop in Rutherford House. Student notes are materials prepared and collected by your lecturer which are then copied, bound and sold. Because they are published annually they contain very recent material, particularly in subjects like law where there are always new cases to be studied. To see if your course has a student note, enter your course code in the Search box in the top right hand corner of the home page. Click on display text results under the Search Results for Victoria University Texts heading, it will come up with the student note required for that course and also the textbook, if there is one. You can order both online and have them delivered overnight anywhere in New Zealand. If either the student note or text isn't in stock we'll let you know. If a student note isn’t attached to your course it means either there is no note for that course or the note hasn’t arrived in the notes shop yet. Try again in a few days, notes are arriving all the time and we don’t always know in advance what they will be or when we will get them.
